They are crunchy and crisp (but not too hard), made lovingly with toasted hazelnuts and chunks of bittersweet chocolate. (No butter, oil, or other fat is used.)

Ingredients: unbleached organic white flour, baking powder, kosher salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, bittersweet chocolate and hazelnuts.
