Shipping Domestic

MIXED: My products are made to order, just for you. I work on a weekly production schedule. All orders received by Monday will ship that Friday. Orders received after Monday will be filled the following week.

STITCHED: If you are interested in stock items, they will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom work to be created.

Returns

You are important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me at ilanarsaraf@gmail.com so that we can find a solution.

STITCHED: Please send back your item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging making sure to include the receipt so that it can be repaired, replaced or returned for a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase. We will process your refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your return to appear on your credit card statement. Ilana and Co. has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
